But they are from salaat.

He used to lead Fajr when we went for the first time. He's one of the lesser talked about imams, but for a long time, his voice was synonymous with Fajr salaah in Makkah for me. I wander if anyone has any news on his health. May Allah grant all the imaams of the Haramain good health and much reward in this world and the hereafter. Ameen.

^Fajr!? Wow! I only remember him in Isha, when you had to run and get a place before you missed the Rak'ah :p

The Haram looks absolutely beautiful, Sheikh Juhany leading Maghrib, Sura Noor!

^Yea, I only ever remember him leadin Isha salaah not Fajr.. Is he (hafizahullah) still an Imam of Haram? :?

Walaykum salam,

Sheikh Mohammed As-Subayyal used to lead fajr salat in Makkah until January 2005. Last time he led fajr in Makkah was on January 18th 2005. He is no longer the imam of masjid al Haram.

Sheikh Husayn Ale Shayikh will lead Eid ul Adha in Madeenah and Sheikh Usamah Khayyat in Makkah InshaAllah.

Wow, jazaakallah for that info. Yeah it was was before 2005 when I first went. May Allah grant him good health and much reward in this world and the next, and also to all imaams of the haramain. Ameen

I was thinking the other day that maybe sheikh hudaify and sheikh budayr have gone for hajj they have not been leading in madinah and also they both will not be leading eid or jummah??.

Makkah Maghrib and Isha were just soooo beautiful! Sheikh Maahir, Sura Fajr in Maghrib and Sura Ahzaab in Isha :thumbs_up. We were having supper while listening to the Isha and mum couldn't get over it !

Great gift brother , May Allah reward you and may Allah protect the sheikh , n our noble teachers at umm al qura , sheikh saud n madeena university n other institutions across the kingdom. What more can a shurim fan ask for, jazak Allah khair

Nice coverage of hajj by the saudi tv , may Allah have mercy on the people who passed away in floods in jeddah n may Allah make the affairs of those affected easy n watch over them

Beautiful Arafah khutbah by the grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz Aal Al Sheikh
May Allah protect him n reward him.

Eid in Makah n madinah was very beautiful , Allah knows best but i think sheikh hudaifi n budair are n hajj , coz sheikh qasim was literaly leading all the salahs n if hudaifi is in madinah thats practically impossible.

n yes sheikh sudais chose beautiful ayaat

May Allah accept from all the forum members their good deeds n look over n forgive their shortcommings n bad deeds n may Allah bless u all abduntly.

Congratulations to those who made the most out of these blessed 10 days of dhul hijjah , what a bounty n blessing from Allah to our ummah , and those who could not make much out of them please try to make use of them next year , n may Allah return ramadan , night of qadar , n these 10 days n hajj n to us all over the years with emaan n good health and make us of those who earn the most from them

Exactly brother thats wat i was thinking it is seriously impossible for sheikh mohsin al qasim to lead all salahs and sheikh budayr and sheikh hudaify r not there. InshAllah they will all soon come bck.
