^LOL no, the fan is not as huge as it seems in the pic. I am not good with a camera phone.

Btw, is it possible to get 1422 recording of 30th night recitations? Someone mentioned Shaikh Shuraim had recited Surah Kahf and Shaikh Sudais had recited Surah Maryam on that night.

I don't know. Liveislam's recordings only go back to 1424 and aswatalislam somehow skipped 1422 :hmm:. Akhee, what's the feeling like in Saudi: 29 or 30 days this year?
 
Ya I did hear Shaykh Shuraym recited Surat Al Kahf on last day of 1422 Taraweeh. Perhaps it was thursday night, Wallahu 3lam. I dont get it, why are the 1422 recordings so rare?? Its like all the recording people forgot to push the recording button every night during the Ramadan.:X Was it cause of 9/11 or what lol. The only 1422 recordings i heard are on www.shuraim.net I dont think I heard any recording of Shaykh Sudais from that year. Also Shaykh Mohaisny made that dua in the same Ramadan,:><: but ofcourse not in al Haram.

True! I don't know why those recordings are so rare. I was there that year, Alhamdulillah, but I didn't record anything :X

Two pieces of information:

1. Sheikh Hussain Aal Sheikh will do the khatam dua this year in sha Allah.

More videos can be found on user's account. I think this is when 2 people became Muslim and repeated the Shahadah after Shaykh Talib. In the 3rd video, a old man tried kissing his hand, and he moved it lol. Many scholars dislike when someone tries to kiss their hands.

The water sprinklers are also there in the 'arafa ground...

The duas in Haramain tonight!!! What can I say? :cry:

I hope there's a recording of the Madeenah one available soon because I didn't get to hear the entire dua
 
wowwwww sheikh sudais mentioned afghanistan! i havnet been watching this year, but since 01 he mentioned it twice and then havent heard it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so all happy about that lol
 
really?? now thats rare. usually they make dua for iraq, palestine and etc. Just hope that some leader from west didnt get ticked off upon hearing about the dua, then he goes and complains to their muslim allies, next thing you know shaykh sudays is reprimanded or something. But its still not same as before when shaykh sudays used to make dua against jews. I guess they told him to relax about it.

Tahajjud was started. sheikh Budair for Madinah, and Sheikh Shuraim for Makkah. And listen! Sheikh Shuraim is using that tone again. Sweeeeeeet MashaAllah!

And sometimes he changes the tone. This is awesoooome! My first time to hear that tone. You all guys have to hear! Masha Allah! Masha Allah! Masha Allah!

So Shaykh Hussein got to do the last Dua for 3rd time in Madinah. He is one of the only Imams I know who did last Dua for first time in the first year they ever led in haramain(1418). The year after that Shaykh Johani was appointed in Madinah because of Shaykh Hudaifi's suspension.

EDIT: OMG I Just heard Shaykh Hussein's recitation from 2nd 10 Rakats..Just tooo beautiful.. Im surprised he read in 1423 tune!! Now that was beautiful.

Yes I'm also looking for a better recording of yesterdays Madeenah taraweeh and khatam dua. The problem seemed to be with Saudi 2 or the Sunnah Channel because the live broadcast was just as muffled. It's very difficult to listen to the recordings. The radio broadcast was much clearer, but I couldn't listen to it because it kept on buffering.

The way he repeats "Ayyaman ma3doodaat" just convinces you that Ramadhaan in going to be over and it's probably the last day (especially in Middle East) and then in the 2nd rak'ah he reads "Innal muslimeena wal muslimaat" from Ahzaab and then he reaches "a3addallahu lahum maghfiratan wa ajran 3theeman" and then you wish: Oh Allah grant us that :cry:
