Today i felt really sorry for sheikh ghazzawi when he was leading maghrib one of the most things which i hate and get me angry is when a person corrects u wrong subhnAllah:raging:

one of the people in the first saff corrected sheikh ghazzawi wrong then the sheikh started to get shocked u cud notice that the sheikh was 100 per cent sure that he was praying the correct one becus he just carried on mashAllah and that was a relief alhamdullaih.

i really wonder wat the sheikh was thinking:hmm:

MashAllah i thought sheikh sudais was gonna go but it was nice to see sheikh shuraim. maybe sheikh shuraim took sheikh sudais's postion mashAllah his very busy came from indonesia then made khutbah in makkah and then now in india mashAllah subhnAllah.

Maybe all this is because he hardly leads any salah in the haram makkah.

Sheikh Shuram did not go to Indonesia. There was some wrong information about him being there.

Oh yeah, does anyone have audio file of surah at tubah when sheikh ghamidi led eclipse salaat, january 15th 2010? (just the surah, without takbeers and al fatiha)

I haven't listened/watched the recordings of Sheikh Shuraim from India, but I have downloaded them..so I'll watch them soon. Jazakallah Khair to Haramainrecordings and iHaram for the recordings.

So.... perhaps some of you know that South Africa has been BLESSED with a visit by Sheikh Saalih Aal Taalib! Alhamdulilah... I hope we can get recordings, in sha Allah :><:

It was recorded during the 1st 10 days of Thul Hijjah... sorry for the delay in posting..

Also, Sheikh Nayef Saalih Fayda is now "Sheikhul Mu'athineen" (http://www.gph.gov.sa/index.cfm?CFID=9369135&CFTOKEN=26418689&do=cms.con&contentid=7991) (the head Muathin) in Masjidul Haraam. The previous one was Sheikh Ali Ahmad Mullah as most of you might have known.

MashaAllah, his signature is so amazing . What did he write there?

I can't tell the third word, but, as to the rest of it, I think it reads:

ooseeka bi taqwaa (unknown word) haythumaa kunta.

I recommend to you taqwaa (unknown word) wherever you are.

I hope someone will correct me if I got that wrong.

That's what I first thought, except it didn't look that much like the word Allah to me. The fact that it had no alif, and had a dot beneath it also made me think it might not be. But you could be right, and it would make sense perfectly for it to be Allah. And Allah knows best.

Yes, yes he is there. May Allah reward him. He called out 2nd Athaan for Jumua today and today's Asr Athaan. I don't know why he doesn't hold the position of Sheikhul Muathineen anymore though :><:

Ya the one that was correcting him must feel terrible lol. I guess he was getting confused with surah Ibraheem its mutashaabihat with that surah.

maybe he was leading there when he was away wakkhualm but yh he led fajr today.
