I'm posting today with a heavy heart and teary eyes...

Inna lillahi wa inna ilahi raaji3oon....

On Saturday night, Sheikh Juhany's mother passed away. She was in Mustashfaa Noor in Makkah. 72 years old. The Janaazah Salaah was performed in Masjid Nabawiyy yesterday after Asr and she was buried in Baqee3. May Allah have mercy on her, forgive her and grant her the highest of Jannah. And may Allah grant her close one's Sabr in this time of difficulty.

Also, Fajr in haramain this morning was very beautiful. Sheikh Budair recited in a different tune for the 1st rak'ah..

:w:

SubhanAllah..inna lilahi wa inna 3leyhi raji3oon..Allahoma ameen to your duas

^Yes, that was her wish (Ra7imahallah). I don't know who led Janaazah Salaah, but Sheikh Hudhaifiyy led Asr so it might have been him. Allahu A'lam.

:sl:

A sis on Mazameer sent me this video. May Allah reward her. Beautiful advice by Sheikh Saalih to the huffaath:

Enjoy!

Ameen. Yes, it seems as if that time has come.

Btw, sister, I've noticed many people making dua for Sabr and Silwaan for the family... what does "silwaan" mean though :?

:sl: sister.. silwan السلوان = solace or consolation (divine solace and consolation)

As-Salamu `Alaykum,

Does anyone have any of Sh. `Abdul-Muhsin's ad`iyah/khutab in text form?

JazakumAllahu Khayr.
