I wonder whats up with the coughing and Makkah imaams... :confused: I never heard Madeenah imaams cough.. :confused:

May Allah SWT grant them good health...

Masahallah that recording of SS reading Al Haqaah was really good althought i got it already on CD it was nice to hear it again.

i was wondering if any of the brothers or sisters can post the biography of Sheikh Salih Budayr? can anyone also tell me when he started being the imam of Madinah? one brother that i know said that he wore a turban made out of the traditional red and white arabian scarf, is that true if it is can some one provide me the the picture or a video of this?

you are so lucky sister amani that you are getting musk al madinah, am in london i wish i was in saudi then i would have bought that itr.

Asalamu Alaikum

I've met 3 sheikhs of Makkah, even had the chance to participate in one of the skeikhs son's funeral.

In Madinah, I met 6 imams and even walked with Hudhayfee's arm over me for some time till I realised that my khalu was no longer with us but standing watching me from behind. It was my chance to start a new life I suppose, but I turned back. It was awesome! All because of some family friend in Madinah.

Is that was I'm supposed to post in here?

who were the three shiekhs of makkah? which sheikhs son's funeral did you go to?

Asalamu Alaikum

I don't remember the name of the sheikh, but he was an old timer. It was in 2002, Hajj time.

The other two were sudais, big 'fella' and shuriam. Never knew he was so old.

you actually got to meet sudais and shuraim? who did you know that wasnt that old? shuraim is about 40 and sudais is about 44. that aint that old. what did you do when you met sudais and shuraim? how did you meet them?
