From now on, please refer to IslamicBoard as IB. We are NOT affiliated with Load-Islam or their articles/etc. I'd like to make that clear.

Insha'Allah it will be. We will be removing forums during Ramadhan I think though. 100% purely Islam!

this is one of the change I will never like here...we used to it as LI

anyways, khair inshaAllah, but I think that this will need a long time to make "all" members use to the new change

I really didn't expect negative responses to this change, but here's the real reason I changed it.

We do not have any control over Load-Islam, and there are too many articles etc to review. If anything has been made in error, then we are to some extent liable for it. I believe this excuse is reasonable and I hope you guys understand!

we understand the reason of change brother before u clarify things
but you know, people tend always to resist changes.....especially for those who had been here for years.
just give us sometime to get use to the new change, and inshaAllah everything will be fine

Is it required to have IB before IslamicBoard? We can simply have IslamicBoard, with no initials...
Btw, the Aria skin still has the Load-Islam link in the header.

Tayyib, but I feel IB Forum is a better choice than IB Islamic Forum, IMHO, since the word 'Islam' is being repeated twice which sounds a little strange.

^yes i was thinking of that too. The word islam is hidden and if you are talking to somebody and saying IB forum...first thing comes in mind of some computer tech forum...
Load islam islamic forum or LI islamic forum, you can say but Islamic Board Islamic forum doesnt sound right in a sentence structural way
Or you can leave IB and just say by full name that is Islamic Board which is fine also

Just call it IslamicBoard, no need for IB Islamic Forums.
