'Cause they can't afford the new ones. Fish tax has made keeping fish very expensive. But no doubt there were good reasons to introduce a fish tax. Fish offend Martians, and the fish taxes are aimed at helping interplanetary relations in case War of the Worlds is non-fiction.

But erm... he might have been walking to the space shuttle that took him to er.. Alpha quadrant, section gamma 4, or whatever Fishman said.

Well, it's this 'infractions' system now. It's like yellow and red cards. I have no idea how it appears to members who have been warned though. The only ones I've 'warned' using this new system were previously banned members, to disable their accounts.

But, yes, there is still a warning system of sorts. Best behaviour, everyone. :)
