Exactly, which is why Im going to get more details inshallah.
The website that was talking about her, the article was old maybe 2 years, I did a search all over net for her, and there was nothing.
Not even a news article ! and i checked so much.

i cnt believe how america treats the innocent and lets the guilty roam the streets if they knew this guy was a rapist why was he a cab driver? its such a sad story a young girl in the wrong place and because of 1 harami kaafir she now has her life taken from her her freedom and now she in a filthy prison where the kaffirs make up the rules astagfirullah !!!
inshallah i will write to her and encourage other sisters to do the same sisters imagine you was in that position u were brutally raped then u was sent to prison for it !!! where is the justice these kaffirs have no hearts
 
well what wld they have expected her 2 du?hw ws she gna escape,he hardly wld've walked her 2 the door now wld he?its called SELF DEFENCE!!

Oh Allah swt protect the weak and those in need of your protection and make the pain of this sister one that will pass and give her mercy and forgiveness.

“A woman who is forced to commit Zina (adultery or fornication) is obliged to defend herself and should not give in, even if she kills the one who wants to rape her. Self-defense is obligatory, and she is not at fault if she kills the one who wants to force her into having sex.

Our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said: “Whoever is killed in defense of his property is a martyr, whoever is killed in defense of himself is a martyr, whoever is killed in defense of his religion is a martyr, and whoever is killed in defense of his family is a martyr.” (Reported by Imam Ahmad and Ibn Hibban)

May Allah bless her soul in this Dunya and in the Akhira with the Highest Station of Al-Firdaus, and may Allah place her amongst the 70,000 Muslims who enter Paradise with no account on The Day of Judgment.

As she is Muslim the government will treat her as the criminal. May Allah ruin the lives of those who try to harm her or upset her!

I pray that the Muslims in America stand up for her and support her until she is freed Inshah'Allah. Not only that, but we all must stand up for her wherever we are in the World. She is our Sister, part of our hearts. If she feels pain, so should our hearts feel the pain alongside her.

Oh, didn't you know brother, if you kill in peacetime, you're automatically guilty of murder or manslaughter even if you're non-muslim.

ermmm!!!!!but like your a guy!!!!mostly its guys who rape girls rite??and the girl would most likely give up fighting coz she knowes she will be defeated.....

Yeah, but it might still be involuntary manslaughter.

Sorry for sounding harsh. I'm just frustrated at the prevalent attitude that Muslims are being picked on ALL the time. I mean, yeah, a lot of times there is evidence of hatred against Muslims, but judging from the facts of this unfortunate young lady, it's not Muslims being treated unfairly.
