Come on over girl and bring your lassi I hope it isn't sour but will cut the sweetness of the scallops..
I caramelized them with butter and maple syrup.. they're very rich they need something to balance the flavors..

They're mussels wlie.. they taste amazing.. I come from a coastal town so seafood is our thing but my mom refuses to touch them hence I am the one who cooks them.. they're alive when they arrive lol.. yesterday some of them were closed on the net and wouldn't let go I had to pry them from it.. wash em and well....
Those guys were great they did well in my pot...:X
