Are those spinach triangles with Ricotta cheese inside?

And are those chocolate eclairs/puffs @Amat Allah? My fav with choc mint ice sauce on top

No, they are not the ones which we stuff with Ricotta; those spinach triagles of the people of Sham ( Syria, Palestine..etc) they are stuffed with a mixture of spinach, garlic, onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sumac spice and chicken broth (this is not the exact recipe of The people of Sham; I have changed it ma way)

And Yes, those are chocolate eclairs/puffs. I cover them with chocolate and caramellah.


I think those triangle things were samosa's.

they are like Samboosa but no they are not cause their dough is different.

Subhanallah I found a nasheed the other day titled: for the people in the sham tribe, and now I know what it's about. Sounds tasty.

First time I've seen samoosa spelt with a b :D

Will have my fair share of samoosas and cheese spring rolls for iftaar, can't wait lol.

Cause this is the way Arab call it Sam'boossah and May Allah bless the iftaar for you and make it a source of strength and happiness for you Ameeeen
