It would depend on who talks about her. Like your sister knows her and she tells you that this girl is a good girl and that maybe she DA ONE for you, then you could go to her parents with yours.

It all really depends on who is talking about her. If it's someone you trust, like a family member then you should take their advice.

Oh and you can talk to her as long as there is a third person present Insha Allah.

Statistically if you date before marriage, then it is more likely that your marriage will end in divorce. so dont think that if you cant date then you are doomed to have a bad marriage cuz its the other way around. And if you just talk to a girl and it is because your interested and your looking to get married then it is ok. But unnecessarily talking is not good to do.
