Today I learnt that Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour, so all that headbanging was worth it lol, even though it may diminish my brain cell count. Plus I need to chill and trust in Allah to guide me : )

Today I learnt that Prophet Musa (AS) had a stuttering problem when he spoke. This ayah explains it, when he asks Allah SWT to help him when he spoke to Firawn.

Well, my husband learned that as much as he wanted to ignore it, a lifestyle of drinking beer daily will land you in serious health issues. Isha'Allah he is thinking about this lesson VERY CAREFULLY :raging: as he sleeps in a hospital bed two hours away, hooked up to monitors and getting his blood taken every few hours to check the iron content because his liver decided it was haram.
