:ma: interesting thread. Just to check I understood the last one correctly... Prophet Musa's staff was harmful when it turned into the snake? And I assume the victory was when it was used as a means to part the sea?

I was seen in a dream
People went astray using me

The clouds that were sent to people of 'Aad?
 
I'm not sure mine are so accurate now... perhaps brother ibnAdam's answer was more accurate than the one I had in mind.

A couple of clues:

For the first one, the healing/blessing was for a Prophet.

In the second one, it should perhaps say: People went astray using something resembling me
