And the other thing is that Sheikh Nayef Fayda was sick and had to be taken to hospital on Eid morning. He is out of hospital now, but is still recovering.

Sheikh Nayef is back in hospital May Allah cure him.

Sheikh Shuraim's khutbah and salaah today was quite beautiful and Sheikh Aal Sheikh led Maghrib today. He's back from his Eid holiday

I read somewhere in this forum, probably in this thread but not this part, about bro Abdullah Saood's account about his vising Sheikh Talib. And in that account he mentioned about SS's house. So, someone can give me his account about visiting SS? I can't find it, yet.

Mashaa'Allah nice to have a new IoH thread.

Ramadhaan's been and gone so fast, but alhamdulillah spending it in Haramain was amaazing. When watching the salaah, and taraweeh on TV, It's hard to imagine that it can actually get any better, but praying there is just that. Having Shaykh Khaalid al-Ghamdi lead Taraweeh in Madeenah was really nice. When he wasn't leading any Salaah in Makkah, I was really hoping he'd come in for some of the Salaahs, but then I learnt he was in Madenaah, mashaa'Allah his voice was well suited for Madeenah and his Tahajjud salaah in particular was really beautiful.

All the Imaams were amaazing in Taraweeh, for me in Makkah Shaykh 'Abdullah al-Juhaynee's tilawaah was just breathtaking at times (Surah Shu'ara in particular!), and of course Shaykh Salaah al-Budayr in Madeenah!

Eh, please tell me when you know or have something about the sheikhs. You know, their personal life .

Please tell us about your meeting with them if you did. And akhee, we were waiting for your return to ask you about Salaat ath Thuhr on 1st Ramadhaan in Makkah, did you by any chance record it? And wasn't Sheikh Aal Sheikh's khatam dua so :shade:? Oh and I'm sure it must feel terrible to be back in the UK....

JazaakiAllah khayr! Alhamdulillah I met Shaykh Salaah al-Budayr, and Shaykh 'Ali al-Hudhaify, who was soo nice. The best place to meet the Imaams in Madeenah is where they park their cars, Shaykh Hudhaify comes down on his own, without a guard, and with his bisht in his hand. He completly blends in with the crowd, when we met him he had the biggest smile and was like mashaa'Allah mashaa'Allah, hayyakAllah, hayyakAllah, he asked our names, and where we were from, and then his driver came..(He gets picked up in a Toyota Avensis..). Sometimes we use to see him walking outside the Haram with a walking stick, and he often used to have Kitaabs in his hand!

Shaykh Salaah al-Budayr had a guard with him so we could only say Salaams, and handshake..It was just procrastinating that stopped me from meeting the other Madeenah Imaams as they are really easy to meet, unlike the Makkah Imaams, where it was just impossible! hew

I don't have a recording of the Dhur from 1st Ranadhaan, I actually thought it was Shaykh Muhammad al-Subayyil that led, the Shaykh that led sounded very similar to him if it wasnt him..

Shaykh aal as-Shaykh's dua was really nice, the start in particular was beautiful!
