Chill out. You'll probably never ever be banned since you behave yourself (i.e. you don't break the rules). Besides, members are notified if they are banned.

Clarify in your mind what you're stressed about. What helps me is to then consider whether or not I can control it. If I can control it, there's no use getting angry or stressed - and if I can't control it, there's no point getting angry or stressed.
