As far as that article goes , sister , i read it but there is an accusation in there that is really not true at all.
They called bin ladin n al otaibi Salafis n salafi influenced while it is exactly the oppiste.
Those who are reffered to as salafis in our times are in NO WAY extremists n terorists or against the rulers , They are actually the Opposite and they believe in the obedience of the rulers n speak and warn against extremist n deviant ideologies as those of bin laden n al otaibi n their followers n takfeeris in general.
The efforst of salafi scholars against these deviant ideologies have been great , enormous , they have worked hard over the past decades to warn against these sort of people and activities and also have worked hard to guide the youth and to teach them the true islamic teachings , Following the Quran n Sunnah as itw as understood by the SALAF AL SAALIH of this Ummah.
It is clear that salafi scholars like ibn baaz , ibn uthaimeen, Al jamee , Al najmee , Al albani , al fawzan , sheikh rabee bin hadi al madkhali , Sheilh salih al luhaidan , sheikh ubaid al jabiree, Bakr abu zaid , Sheikh ibn abdul wahab al banna n many many many more have clearly called bin laden n others DEVIANT n Innovators n Khawarij.

So the accusation is actually exactly the opposite of what salafis have done , and stand for , and have for ages and ages worked for , No one really listened to Ibn Baaz when he warned against bin laden , at the time people just called ibn baaz wahabi n gave refuge to bin laden n look what has it all turned ijnto and how much fitnah and bloodshed has bin laden n those who gave him refuge have brought to the muslim world, n muslim world wide n how much islam today is suffering , How much muslims overseas have suffered , Sister My brother used to study in america n me at time of 9 11 , He got caught n taken to soo many locations n all i would hearfrom him is like a 2 minute call once each month , and AlhumdolILLAH my brother had notthing to do with it all or these people , and after this whole ordeal and about 5 months in US prisons n mental n physical torture my brother was left with mental n psychoogical illnesses and is still trying to overcome it , and i suffered as well but AlhumdoLILLAH Qadar Allah wa ma shaa faal , i lost a lot , muslims n students in western lands and muslim women have lost a lot , Muslims in muslim lands have had their blood shed all because of some deviant individuals like bin laden n mullah umer who have no knowledge of the deen at all , and people like al oteibi n those involved in the makkah siege , n those who rebel against the rulers n call them kafirs n speak bad of them , they have notthin to do with salafis , Infact salafis are the opposite , they do not obey the ruler in disobedience of Allah and they make duaa for the rulers n that is the way of the people of the sunnah

I had to say all this coz this is a blatant lie n a very serious and irresponsible accusation against the salfis , being accused of something that they have never did , but instead worked against all their lives.
