Shuraim again today for Taraweeh?

First African leads prayer at Ka’abah

ShEikh Adil Al-Kalibany made history last Friday when he became the first black man to lead hundreds of thousands of Muslim faithful in a prayer at the Grand Mosque of Ka'abah. In Islam, it is the ultimate of honour to be appointed an Imam in the Haram.
His baritone but melodious voice reverberated as he recited the Glorious verses of the Qur’an at the epoch making Tarawiyy prayers. He led the multitude of faithful after both Sheikh Ash-Shuraim and Sheikh Al-Juhniyy offered the early segments of the 20-units Tarawiyy prayer.
A senior Saudi official disclosed to this reporter that since his appoinment as one of the Chief Imams of the Haram, Sheikh Al-Kalibany has been expressing his profound gratitude to Allah for making it possible for him to attain such a reverred status.
He pointed out that the honour was a clear testimony that Qur'an can elevate the status of anyone who commits to its recitation and observance, attributing his new found position to his commitment to the Glorious Book.
Sheikh Al-Kalibany has been a Chief Imam at King Khalid Mosque in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Kingdom.
He had been leading prayers there for the past five years. Sheikh Al-Kalibany has been noted for his immense schorlaship, piety and his deep melodious Qur'anic recitation. His ancestors are said to be from Sudan..

Whoa, that's crazy. And I guess that's reason enough for those guards not to pray with the jam'ah.

It IS him. Surah Sajdah. Are they covering up the one juzz now?

On to 22nd Juz now. So they'll do 1.25 Juz today, Mashallah.

Sheikh Maahir has been Amazingly Awesomeeee today! Mashallah. Loving it!

The only link working for me at the moment is the Islam Channel Radio, and i'm not sure whether they broadcast Tahajjud?

Also does anybody know the time diffrence, or what time it is in the UK? :-[

Shaykh Huthaify leading in Madeenah, Masha'Allah, i thought they might have swapped, so they did different Juzz'. Reciting awesome!

JazakAllah Khayr! Masha'Allah Shaykh Shuraym reciting beautifully, he sounds younger too, or is it just me.

Shaykh Huthaify continuing with Tahajjud..Masha'Allah. Do they do 8 Raka'at or 10?
