Is it true that Sheikh Sudais was arrested for calling the Yahud the scums of the earth?
 
people are hatin on sudays tho for making dua for all of the mid east countries except iraq, they sayd its because he fears the gov or whatever.

Didn't they throw Imam Muhaisany in jail for his Dua? It is unfathomable to me how you can put an Imam in jail simply for giving Dua from his heart. What a cowardly crime
 
^Ya I just saw the du'a by mohaisany yesterday and the video said that he was leading in masjid al haram and that he was arrested immediately after the dua. I did some research and it appears that this is false. But the dua was amazing, the video of it on YouTube just distorts it and puts pics of OBL and 9--11 to make it look like one of those types of videos. So the video was bad, the dua was awesome.

But did sudais ever say that Jews were the scum of the earth lol I heard it from like 3 different sources. Do the imams ever get in trouble for stuff like that?

Shame that Shaykh Thubaity hasn't been leading Tahajjud this year, I hope that he or Shaykh al Budayr does the Eid Salaah and Khutbaah in Madeenah, Insha'Allah!.

Shaykh Hussayn al Shaykh has been amazing this year, i think his recitations in Tahajjud are the best i have ever heard!


Can't wait for Shaykh Sudays's Dua today, I think it's Shaykh aal as Shaykh's turn tonight :shade:

no he was reprimanded. man that was a good khutbah.
and yeh he pretty much said that when he was making a khutbah for Palestine, plus quoted the ayahs that they were turned into apes and pigs..and the media twisted the whole thing. On the same day (and the week before) a similiar khutbah was in Madinah (they must have planned it lol) but the media didnt pick up on that.

what are those people talking about? Ive heard him mention Iraq in his duas this year atleast twice.
but apparently the govt are cracking down big time on this yeah, he has made dua for them.

The "fake" part is that he did not give the dua at Masjid Haram. It was at his mosque. He was arrested though and put in jail. They let him out a few years ago.

Here is a very rare video where you get to see Imam Muhaisany upclose. He has one of the best voices ever and gets emotional almost every surah. It would be unbelievable he was the Imam at Mecca or Madina.
