As brother Muraad mentioned above, I think we have mixed a few different issues which may be causing confusion:
1. From a medical point of view, whether vaccines are proven to cause more good than harm
2. From an Islamic point of view, whether taking vaccines goes against principles such as tawakkul
3. Whether certain vaccines are Halal due to questionable ingredients
I think people have presented arguments for the various points of view, and now it would be better to end the thread. If anybody wishes to share any remaining important information on this thread, then please PM me.
Let us remember that whilst we may view issues like this differently, we must never allow shaytan to create disunity amongst us. May Allaah (swt) bless us with understanding of His religion and keep us united in this world and the hereafter, Aameen.
