The fact that magnets and computers don't mix? Like I said, it might not work, but it is some entertainment.

A more serious solution would be to ask them to turn the music down or get headphones.

But if the magnet plan doesn't work, rally your classmates and revolt. Maybe.

well the best way to damage the laptop is to place the magnet directly below it (motherboard/hardrive etc). The magnet would simply wipe away the memmory or mess the system up, either way its a WIN WIN SITUATION!

Well not that stupid. Beating people up who we don't agree with or dislike may be funny, but not only is it illegal, it also reflects badly on Muslims and Islam.

Ah, but there is freedom within limits. We're told to abide the laws of the land and so we must. No matter how funny it is to beat up people you dislike, it's not right and it sure ain't legal.

Just ignore them as Minaz says. Or listen and laugh as I do. They're free to lecture and rant, and you're free to ridicule them.
