I think it is not fair of us ignoring Glo's riddle
The answer to yours is, Ask the door, If I ask the other door which door to take what will it say?

If it is the door of truth it will speak the truth and tell you the door of falsehood and if it is the door of lies then it will show you the door of lies.

In both cases you get the door of lies.

Here's the answer:

It is not a mathematical solution at all.
The right replies are how many letters the first number contains:
1. The word 'twelve' has 'six' letters.
2. The word 'six' has 'three' letters.

So, the answer to 'ten' would be 'three'

My husband got the answer. I didn't! :rollseyes
