I know, I'm just taking the mick out of them - it's fun. You should try it.

All arguments against islam posted in this thread are nonsense
That's the point. :D Personally, In all the time I've spent discussing religion, I have not come across a single reasonable argument against Islam's validity.

:w:

They all seem very recognisable, and a good laughf.
Although not always said, you can often sense this type of thinking behind an argument. I think however it's more due to blindness/confussion/lack of knowledge rather then a lame attempt to conversate destructivly. That actually makes it sad rather then funny, make's me feel guilty for smiling when I read this :)

:sl:

Seriously speaking, I was just wondering, are these ACTUAL things which people have said? I mean they're so ridiculous, it's hard to believe that anybody would be so stupid as to say something like:

I have no Muslim friends.
Therefore, Islam is false.
135.) ARGUMENT FROM ALBERT EINSTEIN

Albert Einstein was a genius.
He wasn't a muslim however.
Therefore, Islam is false.
136.) ARGUMENT FROM MOSQUES

And some don't even seem to make any sense

ROFL
Therefore, Islam is false.
125.) ARGUMENT FROM AMERICAN IDOL

LOL, Islam is true, right.. *sigh*, haha.
Therefore, Islam is false.
133.) ARGUMENT FROM DEATH THREATS

I will kill you.
Therefore, Islam is false.
134.) ARGUMENT FROM MUSLIM FRIENDSHIP

I read all of them 199 and they are real people in chat rooms

True.

Believe it or not Br. Muhammad, people actually use these arguments against Islam, whether conciously or unconciously. These are the arguments their mind gives their heart as an excuse to avoid accepting Islam.

:w:

I don't think any religion is "false" per se. I think pretty much that all religions share common themes. We all believe in a deity or higher power of some sort. We believe in living a life that encourages love and goodness. I see all major religions as being potential paths to higher understanding and truth - potential paths in the sense that they can provide a structure in which an individual can truly seek to live by love instead of fear. Its simply the manner in which we worship that is different.

Peace be with you, YamahaR1!
I hope you have a pleasant stay on Load-Islam! :)

While you are certainly correct that all religions preach good and encourage morality, to say that they're all equal is to say that they're all false. Religions have vast differences in teachings when it comes to God, the origin of creation, the purpose in life, and the afterlife. Two mutually contradictory beliefs cannot both be true. Either one is wrong and the other is right, (or vice versa), or they're both wrong.

The way is one. Two straight paths running in two different directions will not lead to the same place.

Islam was the original message preached by all the Prophets of God, including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon them all. Islam was the original religion of all mankind at the start with Adam peace be upon him. Gradually, the followers of his messages began to deviate from their message, so God sent another Prophet, and so on until God sent His final Prophet, Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Therefore, the original message of all religions is the same - the Islamic message to worship your Lord alone without any partners and enjoin what is good, and forbid what is evil. The messages of religions have simply been changed, except for God's final revelation, which He has vowed to protect Himself. All previous messages were entrusted to their nations to preserve, but they were unable to preserve their messages.

Ur rite bro. it's so pathetic and sounds at the level of something a child would come up with. Then again thats an insult as I've seen brighter children with more capacity to reason that that poster.

:sl:

Ive heard more logical arguments from six-year-olds. Good for a laugh though.

I did not read it all... less few in stating.
I seems to be somethin very scholarly but the Mr. So called Scholar does not know the rules of Argument. for example Argument 7/8/9???
I wish i could say something really very hard and would make the writer know that u just screwed up ur time n effort. Even a sensible christan won't buy these ideas. [not offending any one especially christen friends out there]

Well put bro

So much for freedom of expression, my post about "the 100 proofs.." was removed... Well, I have reconsidered. I think you should let this obviously insulting (to christians) post stay here. It is a good excercise for muslims to understand what freedom of speech is all about... If you wanna mock christians, please do so. I will enjoy with you as I have the ability to laugh at myself. But don't be mad when the laughter is on you. :)

This post was not meant to be a mockey to christians, rather it highlights the oft-used arguments from the Christian apologetics.

Sure, it may have a hint of mockey in the title but what matters most is the content.

Please, spear me... The whole post is flaming with sarcasm, and if that isn't mocking, then what is? And after all, you don't know what I as a christian feel when I read that stuff, wheter I am insulted or not. And the content may seem funny to a muslim, but it is actually just nonsense, nothing more. I can't even bother to get annoyed by it, because it is so far out. But as I said, I recognise muslims need to step on us (and this is "your" forum), express whatever you feel like, just don't behave like a bunch of virgins when the courtesy is returned. I can tell you one thing, I have been to many christian forums in my country, I have never seen muslims being rediculed in a manner like this.
