If a butterfly flutters by...shouldnt we call it a flutterfly?

Why does brother fishman hate cows? I'd understand his reasoning behind hating cats, but why cows?

If I had blue eyes and wore green lenses...would my eyes look yellow?

If night and day, darkness and light, sweet and sour and the warmth and cold cannot exist at the same time; as one will always prevail...how can good and evil exist in the world at the same time? surely one must cancel out the other?

Hmm...I've always wondered about trees, why dont they lose their leaves in the summer? that way they'd be cool in the heat, rather than losing them in the winter when they could actually do with the warmth! pffft! silly trees! *grin*

Only if the lenses were made of acetate or something. That would just look weird.

Either they've broken a few too many rules, or they've been banned in the past and are returning under a different name.

Or it could just be due to a nasty mod. But you won't see too much of that around, since I'll hardly be on LI. Ha!

It's not about warmth. It's about light. They use their leaves for photosynthesis. The summer is the best time, because that's when there's the most light. When autumn comes around, the leaves have done all their photosynthesising for the year, so they shrivel up and die. Winter comes, the tree's all cosy and chillin'. It doesn't grow new leaves yet, since there's not enough sunlight to photosynthesise. So when spring happens, new leaves grow and the cycle starts afresh.

If any of that science is crappy or false, the mistakes are mine, not my secondary school biology teacher's.

i have trouble getting to school everyday...its so hard...lol...waking up...and walking about five feet..gosh its so far for me... by the time i arrive my class is already finished....lol seriously tho everything i just said is true... p.s. muezzin thanks for this.
 
I recall in a favourite film of mine (Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry met Lloyd) that Harry lived in the school as his dad was the caretaker! Is this the same case for you?!?! If so i envy you :D
