Ok sunnah on leading the prayer...
following the imaam
Abee hurayrah radhiyaAllahu anhu narrated that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalam said "verily the imaam has been appointed so that you may follow him, so do not oppose him, if he says Allahu akbar, then say Allahu akbar, and if he bows then bow, and if he says "sami3a Allahu li man 7amida" then say "rabaanaa wa lakal 7amd" and if he prostartaes then prostrate, and if he prays sitting, then pray sitting all of you.
Muslim and Bukhaari
warning for he who doesn't
Abee hurayrah narrated that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam said concerningthe one that oppose the imaam and dosn't follow him...
"Does the one that raises his head before the imaam not fear that Allah could turn his head in to the head of a donkey?"
Bukhaari and muslim.
saying ameen, when you hear it..
Abee hurayrah radhiyaAllahu anhu narrated that the rpophet alayhi salaatu wassalam said "if the imaam says Ameen, then say ameen, for verily he whos "ta'meen" (saying of aameen) agrees with the angels, is forgiven for previous sins.
bukhaari and muslim.
Being considerate
He aslo narrated that the rpophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam said, if any of you lead the people in prayer, then make it easy, for verily among them are the weak, the ill, and one with a need, and if anyone prays by himslef, then make it as long as he wishes.
BUkhaari and muslim.
starightening the rows
Nu3maan bin bashee radhiyaAllahu anhu narrated that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam used to starighten their rows as if he was straightening with arrows, then when he was satisfied, he would say "yaa 3ibaada Allah la tusawanna sufuufakum aw la yukhaalifannna Allahu bayna wujuuhikum" o servants of Allah, you will certainly make your rows staright or Allah will contradict your faces.
Muslim.
Choosing the Imaam
Ibnu Mas3ud radhiyaAllahu anhu narrated that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam said regarding the imaam "The people should be led by the most knowledgable amongst them in the qur'aan, and if there are two equal in the qur'aan, then the one with the most knowledge in the sunnah, and if they are the same in the sunnah, then the one that made hijrah first, and if they are equal in hijrah then the older one of the two"
Muslim
Next question inshaAllah : sunnah of zuhd (asceticism)
wassalaam
Narrated By Nafi': Whenever Ibn 'Umar(ra) started the prayer with TAKBIR, he used to raise his hands: whenever he bowed, he used to raise his hands (before bowing) and also used to raise his hands on saying, "Sami a-l-lahu Liman hamida", and he used to do the same on rising from the second Rak'a (for the 3rd Rak'a). Ibn 'Umar(ra) said: "The Prophet used to do the same."
Ibn Umar(ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), when he stood up for PRAYer, used to raise his hands apposite the shoulders and then recited takbir (Allah-o-Akbar), and when he was about to bow he again did like it and when he raised himself from the ruku' (bowing posture) he again did like it, but he did not
Salim narrated it on the authority of his father who reported: I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) raising his hands apposite the shoulders at the time of beginning the PRAYer and before bowing down and after coming back to the position after bowing, but he did not raise them between two prostrations.
Malik b. Huwairith reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) raised his hands apposite his ears at the time of reciting the takbir (i.e. at the time of beginning the PRAYer) and then again raised his hands apposite the ears at the time of bowing and when he lifted his head after bowing he said: Allah listened to him who praised Him, and did like it (raised his hands up to the ears).
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say "Allah is greater" in the PRAYer whenever he lowered himself and raised himself.
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to raise his hands to the level of his shoulders when he began the PRAYer and when he raised his head from the ruku he would raise them less than that.

many people do not know/understand this massage of the mahdhab. lot of them used to follow mahdhab bilndly.
showing better proof is useless to lot of them.
their lack of understand causing serious damage to the unity of Islam.
Alas they understand like you.
their action only dishonor the honorable mahdhabs.
"so whenever we have hadith sahih that against one opinions of the imam then leave the imam and take the hadith" this action indeed the orginal saying of the honorable mahdhabs :thumbs_up
